Prof Basil Chukwuemeka Nwankwo has a B.Sc in Political Science and a PhD in Political Science and Public Administration.

His area of Professional Competence include: Human Resources management; Entrepreneurship development; Public Financial Management and Community development. Prof Nwankwo has a robust record of teaching and research at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Kogi State University, Anyigba, Kogi State and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Anambra State. He has served as the Dean of Faculty and Director of the university Business School at Kogi State university and has published widely in his special area of Human resources management, Public financial management and Community development.
