Dr Okoro is a seasoned banker, financial expert, and academic with over two decades of experience across the financial services sector, project finance and management, and higher education. He brings a strong blend of industry expertise, academic depth, and development-oriented insight to institutional governance and capacity-building initiatives.

He holds a PhD, M.Sc, and MBA in Banking and Finance; a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy; an HND in Cooperative Economics and Management, and a B.Sc in Marketing.
